Shepherd Spring Welfare Foundation is proud to introduce its Mental Health Awareness & Support Program—a vital initiative aimed at educating communities on the causes, prevention, and treatment of common mental health challenges.
This program will address issues such as major depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD, through expert-led seminars, open discussions, and resource sharing.
Our goal is to break the stigma, promote early intervention, and provide tools for individuals and families to better understand and manage mental health conditions.
